Chalet Campanules
Chalet Campanules is great for large groups!
We are very pleased to be able to offer Chalet Campanules again for this
season. It is a most attractive building, situated just 30 metres from
the edge of the Plan Bois piste, about a 10 - 12 minute walk from the
centre of the Les Coches. The outside walls are entirely clad in stone
and wood, and the diverse roof lines give even more interest to the
exterior appearance.
Catered chalet Campanules has a roomy lounge/dining room with central
fireplace and a good sized sauna to help ease weary limbs at the end of
the day. It is an ideal chalet for a large group of friends or 3 - 4
families, and there are generous reductions for filling the chalet with
the maximum number. We are also quite happy to take part bookings from
smaller groups.
The chalet comprises 12 bedrooms and 8 bath or shower rooms slepping up
to 21 people. The bedrooms are mostly a mixture of twins or doubles but,
unusually for many alpine chalets, there are also three single bedrooms.
With it's mixture of room types, comfortable lounge and sauna, we feel
this this ski chalet is a great addition to our ski holiday programme in
Les Coches / La Plagne.

The Food
Breakfast is provided every morning and consists of tea, coffee, fruit
juice, porridge, muesli, cereal, yoghurts, various combinations of: eggs,
bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans, etc., plus bread, jam and
honey.
Afternoon tea is prepared and left out for you to help yourself after
your skiing or snowboarding, and consists of tea, coffee, hot chocolate,
bread, jams, etc., plus homemade cake or biscuits or scones.
Dinner, normally served around eight o'clock, is a superb three course
meal plus cheese accompanied by good quality red and white wine with
coffee and tea to finish.
Skiing from the Chalet In the morning a 30 metre walk takes you
to the edge of a red piste where a two minute ski /board will take you to
the chairlift in Les Coches. This lift, the Plan Bois chair, is your
first link into the whole of the La Plagne ski area.
Also from the top of the Plan Bois a short ski of about 5 minutes will
take you to the Vanoise Express cable car that links La Plagne to Les
Arcs, giving you access to the whole of the wonderful Paradiski area. At
the end of the day, it is normally possible to ski back to within 30
metres of the chalet.
