Chalet Ferme d'Elise is a very comfortable five star chalet
positioned close to the Nyon lift with wonderful views over Morzine,
and the Dranse valley.
The outside of Chalet Ferme d'Elise has been built in the style of
an old Savoyard farmhouse and the interior is a stunning contemporary
design making full use of the open space.
It is our mission to make Chalet Ferme d'Elise the most desirable
location for our guests' stay in Morzine.
Our first class service is second to none in Morzine. All our staff are
mature professionals hand picked to provide a relaxed, professional
approach to your requirements.
The chalet will comfortably sleep 16.
All 8 bedrooms are en-suite with relaxing baths provided throughout with
balconies to four of the rooms with views overlooking the ski slopes. The
suite on the 1st floor benefits from a double balcony, disabled
facilities and a large sofa and relaxation area.
They are all equipped with super king size or twin beds, flat screen tvs/dvds,
white linen, luxurious towels, fluffy robes, complimentary slippers and
Molton Brown toiletries.
The open plan lounge, dining area is situated on the top floor with open
eaves and spectacular views of the Point de Nyon. The living area is
largely glass fronted with a large south facing terrace off the dining
area for those pre dinner drinks. A small bar provides all your
refreshment requirements.
To maintain the relaxed ambiance in the lounge area a separate large
screen home cinema is available with satellite TV and selection of DVD's.
This room also provides a conference facility. Wireless broadband
internet access is available throughout the chalet.
The Food - Sample Menu
Our gourmet food is specially prepared by a top level talented chef. The
menu is French influenced with an occasional Savoyard touch and
accompanied by our selection of superior wines.
We source all our produce locally and in the last 5 years we have
discovered the best markets for organic seasonal vegetables, free range
poultry, and local cheeses. Of course you can discuss your personal
requirements with our chef who will be more than happy to cook your
favourite dishes.
Breakfast is served each day from 8.00 am till 10.30 am. A typical day
starts with freshly ground coffee or a selection of tea infusions, fresh
squeezed fruit juices, cereals, local yoghurts, freshly baked bread and
croissants plus the option of a cooked breakfast to set you up for a full
days skiing.
In additional to the option of an English breakfast with free range eggs
and local bacon, each day the chef offers a special breakfast, such as
eggs benedict or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
On your return from the slopes a selection of freshly baked cakes and
fancies are served in the lounge area or on the terrace (weather
permitting) for afternoon tea. Choose from a wide range of refreshments
which includes vin chaud, hot chocolate and a range of teas and coffees.
In the evening complimentary champagne and canapés are served at the bar
followed by an inventive 5-course meal, which includes a selection of
local cheeses and fine wines.
Any special dietary requirements can be catered for and we are pleased to
offer early dinner for the children allowing parents to relax and enjoy
the rest of the evening.
An extensive wine cellar is available for your choice. At the bar we also
have available a wide selection of aperitifs, wines, beers, champagne,
digestifs, soft drinks and mixers.
One evening a week, chef takes the night off and this gives you the
opportunity to sample one of the many excellent local restaurants, we
will gladly offer our recommendations and make reservations for you and
ensure transport is provided.

A treatment therapist is available for your requirements throughout the
day. She will tailor make your experience and design treatments for your
individual needs. Therapy packages designed for pampering and indulgence
or for rejuvenation of those aching muscles.
