Chalet les Glaciers Originally an old farmhouse, the chalet has been
restored and decorated in keeping with the original style, and retaining
the original woodwork. The chalet provides an ideal base for large groups
and families under one roof. The spacious lounge has plenty of seating
and an open fireplace. We achieve our exceptionally low cost (£5.60 per
person per night) by following the French Alpine Club ethos which means
that the beds are Alpine Bunks. Sleeping bags, pillow cases, duvet
covers,
Bookings and Prices
towels and tea towels are not provided. Guests are expected to clean the
Chalet at the end of their stay. No smoking is permitted in the Chalet.
The chalet which can sleep up to 18 people comprises of:
Kitchen, fully equipped with fridge and gas cooker, pots pans etc.
Living area which has 2 double sofa beds and a wood burning stove.
Dining table and chairs
Bathroom with a shower, sink and shaver point
Separate toilet
Bedroom 1, has a double bed and a single tier 4 person alpine bunk
Bedroom 2 has 2 tier 2 person alpine bunk
Bedroom 3 has 2 tier 2 person alpine bunk
Bedroom 4 has a 2 tier 2 person bunk
Heating and electricity are included in the price.
The Chalet is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival and is to be
vacated by 10 am the day of departure.
