This chalet is formerly the house of the famous Chamonix mountain guide Ravanel le Rouge. Split over two floors, this south facing 115sqm chalet apartment sleeps up to 6 people.

On the lower floor is the main kitchen, dining room and lounge area plus one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, separate toilet and laundry room.

The dining room and lounge area are equipped with an angular sofa, dining table with 8 chairs plus a fireplace. There is a large Sony TV with plasma screen (and satellite channels), a CD/ DVD player and a Mac Powerbook computer with ADSL internet connection.

The modern style open kitchen with a surface of marble and stainless is equipped with dishwasher, extractor fan, gas hobs, oven and American fridge-freezer plus access to the terrace by a French door.

Running the entire length of the facade on the lower level is a large wooden balcony - the view from which offers extraordinary uninterrupted views of the entire Mont Blanc Massif.

On the upper floor are bedrooms 2 and 3, both with double beds and ample storage. Bedroom 2 has direct access to a private bathroom with toilet large wash basin, walk-in shower and mirror.

 All linen, towels and cleaning services are included in the price of this apartment.

The whole chalet (chalet apartments 1 and chalet apartments 2) can be rented together sleeping up to 12 people.
