Chalet Chantelauze
Chalet Chantelauze lies in a most stunning location, offering the perfect
place for a wonderful winter holiday. The chalet is suitable for
individuals, couples and small or large groups or families. If you are a
smaller group, a chalet holiday is a great way to meet new friends.
Everybody is welcome!
Chalet Chantelauze is built of local stone and wood and has a traditional
slated roof. The unobstructed views from the front south facing balconies
are breathtaking, spanning through the forest across the Tarentaise
valley. The grand balcony is fitted with a hot tub where you can
appreciate the view while drinking champagne!
On entering the chalet, you will find a ski rack and a boot warmer in the
hallway thus ensuring you have cosy toes each morning. The lounge covers
60 square metres and is very comfortable with a log fire. It is
complemented by a home entertainment system and a small games area with
table football, darts, table tennis etc.
The separate dining room is the perfect setting for your evening meal.
There is a generous seating area and purpose built kitchen. We often have
unexpected visitors for dinner, Pierre and his family of pine martens,
Bertrand the badger and Stefan the squirrel occasionally pop round to
feed on scraps on the balcony!
The Bedrooms
The seven bedrooms sleep 16 people and are bright and very
comfortable. Three of the bedrooms are en-suite, one with a jacuzzi bath
and the other four bedrooms are very conveniently paired off, with each
pair sharing a bathroom offering suites ideal for families or small
groups of friends.
Chalet Chantelauze has copious amounts of hot water. The bathrooms are
spacious and modern, three of which have a bath and a shower. The
remaining bathrooms have a shower only. As well as fluffy towels, we add
small extras like complimentary relaxing essential oils for the bath and
candles for the ultimate chill out experience.
