This smartly equipped studio can sleep up to 2 - 4 people. The entrance way opens up into one large room consisting of lounge/dining area/kitchen. The lounge has a double sofa bed and another double bed on a mezzanine level, with windows facing towards Mont Blanc. Situated on the second floor it receives the afternoon sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with duel electric hob, mini oven, kettle and toaster, coffee machine and large fridge/freezer and lots of cupboard space. Of the entranceway is the bathroom/toilet which features a bath with shower overhead.

The apartment block "Les Balance - is in the centre of Chamonix, conveniently located in the pedestrian area. Opposite the post office, Chamonix just after near the tourist office and all the shopping on could want.

Les Balance is one of the older charismatic residences in the old town centre. 250 meters from the train station, 60 meters from the nearest bus stop. There is no need for a car and as we are in the pedestrian area there is no parking.

Extras services: Cleaning, baby-sitting, transfers to airport, welcome packs (food in the kitchen when you arrive), linen hire, Champagne in the fridge, introduction to mountain guides and ski instructors.
