This equipped apartment has sleeping accommodation for up to 3 people with two single and 1 sofa bed contained in lounge /dinning room. Kitchen equipped for 4 people, with duel electric hob, mini oven and kettle. Bathroom (bath real size!) with a shower attachment, toilet room, and a large balcony, around 22 m2 in total. Situated on the third floor overlooking the river and Brévent ski area, large safe balcony for storage of skis etc.

The apartment in conveniently located in Chamonix sud area, but is actually the closest block to the center of town, the main road is just 120 meters away .The closest bus stop 2 minutes walk (in ski boots) and parking is under the balcony.
