The Chalet
The Hotel Chanrossa is a character chalet hotel in a great location opposite the piste in Courchevel 1550. Sleeps up to 40 guests.
Located right in the heart of Courchevel 1550 it is situated just 150 meters from the foot of the slopes and the main Telecabine linking 1550 to Courchevel 1850. This lift remains open in the evening so you can easily get to the chic centre of Courchevel 1850, or alternatively why not relax in the hotel's own comfortable bar.
Inside, the traditional atmosphere of the Chanrossa is enhanced by stone walls and the open log fire gives a warm welcome to our guests on return from skiing. The lounge has comfortable settees and chairs set around coffee tables, which is open, but secluded from, the restaurant which has great uninterupted views across the far Valley.

The Food
The Chanrossa has a bar and reputable restaurant. Whilst run as a hotel, your holiday includes the benefits of the high levels of Ski Power chalet-style catering.
Breakfast and a 3 course dinner (every night with the exception one night of your choice) and afternoon tea are part of your package. A choice of wines is available with your meal. All drinks at the hotel are charged for.
There is free parking near to the hotel for those with their own cars.

Pre Dinner Canapes
All of our menus are chosen to provide a nutricous and well balanced diet. Breakfast is a mixture of hot and cold, cereals, Eggs, bacon or sausages, yoghurts, accompanied by Tea, Coffee and Fruit Juices.
Upon return to the chalet in the afternoon you will find afternoon tea laid out by your chalet hosts, consisting of freshly baked cakes or biscuits.
Later you will enjoy pre dinner canapes, followed by a gourmet 3 course evening meal. Dinner is followed by coffee and a platter of cheese.
Your chalet staff will have one full day off during the week. Breakfast and afternoon tea will be left for you to help yourselves and in the evening you will be able to sample one of the local restaurants.
We are able to cater for all dietary needs and special occasion’s, such as birthdays, so please inform us when making your booking.
Extras
Please note: For your entertainment there is some light live music generally once a week in the bar and whilst the building is resistant to sound travel there will be some background noise on these evenings. The live music will finish by midnight. We would recommend that parties with young children occupy rooms on the third floor (31 to 37). Rooms 21 and 28 are immediately over the bar.
Ski Hosting
Ski Power are delighted to offer ski hosting free of charge to all of our clients. We can organise experienced skiers and boarders, who know the resort well and who offer a variety of different style days, to host you.
