Duration:
Each submission will remain on Ski Jungle for 12 months from the date it
goes live except for late deal submissions. We will delete these after the
date they refer to.
Editing:
When you submit your chalet or apartment we will need to check your pages
before they go live. During working hours this could take up to half
a day. We have the right to edit submitted material so that it complies with the
general standard and terms of business applying to this site.
Invoicing: We will then invoice you by email. As soon as payment is
cleared your pages will go live, enquirers will be switched to your email
address, and you will be eligible to upload submissions to the late deals
page. When payment clears you will become afull account holder.
Until that time you will remain a provisional account holder.
Late Deals - Submissions: You can submit instant late deals once you are
a full account holder.
Late Deals - Eligibility:
Submissions to this page can only be made by full account holders and each submission must refer to a
specific week. You can only submit a property once for the same week. There
is, however, no limit to the number of submissions you can make to this page
at any one time.
Late Deals - Offers: Cut price offers must be set alongside your
original published price showing on your price page for a specific week. You
are not permitted to alter an original price so that the cut price appears
to reflect a lower offer.
Payment: We will expect payments to have cleared within 7 days of
sending you an invoice if you are paying by bank transfer, or within 7 days
of receipt if you are paying by cheque.
Removal:
If payment has not been cleared within 7 days, we may remove your
provisional account from the database. This also goes for full account
holders who submit material that we consider unsuitable for the site. We
will give you notice if this is about to happen, and a chance
to rectify pages.
Content:
We check all submitted content, which must not contravene
acceptable website standards. If it does, we may suspended or delete
accounts and content.
Fees: Fees are charged per chalet or apartment (one submission for
each property). You do not have to advertise all your properties if you have
more than one, but you are not permitted to advertise more than one property
per submission.
Agent's Commission: Ski Jungle will continue to act as your agent
until July 1 on the normal 10% commission basis. We are phasing out agency
commissions, which will cease after July 1.
Commission only chalets will be deleted from the database after July 1 2010
Indirect Referrals: As an advertiser email enquiries should come to you
directly. Occasionally we will get an enquiry referring specifically to your chalet. We
will always forward such an
enquiry to you.
Non specific enquiries to Ski Jungle where we suggest available properties,
already advertised by you, that subsequently convert to bookings, will be
charged at a commission rate of 5%.
Websites:
You are not permitted to put an email or website address on any pages.
Images: These must be uploaded to the database - if you have trouble doing
this we can do it for you for a small fee (see above).
READY RECKONER - You will be invoiced according to the table below (less any
discount):
