APARTMENTS in Mottaret with PV Holidays
At 1700 metres, Mottaret, also known as Meribel-Mottaret, lies a mile above its sister Meribel. It is purpose built with a mass of buzzing apartment blocks, and is a much cheaper place for accommodation than Meribel down the road.
There is a range of new traditional chalets and some good hotels including the very comfortable Mont Vallon. Mottaret is the perfect base for families looking for a reasonably priced ski vacation in the Three Valleys.
Meribel and Mottaret are connected to the other ten resorts in two more valleys - Val Thorens, Reberty, les Menuires, St Martin de Belleville and the five Courchevel villages. The skiing is superb, catering for every standard including some excellent powder skiing and off piste.
The Three Valley lift pass covers all 11 resorts making the area one of the largest skiable domains in the world!
